By downloading, installing, or using Zenius Analyzer Pro ("Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

2. License Grant

Subject to these Terms and valid license purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for lawful investigation and forensics purposes within your organization.

3. License Restrictions

• Hardware-bound: One license per device. Device reset available upon request.
• No reverse engineering, decompilation, or disassembly.
• No redistribution, sublicensing, or commercial resale without written consent.
• Use only for lawful purposes in compliance with applicable laws.

4. Data and Compliance

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Software complies with data protection laws (GDPR, local regulations) and that you have appropriate authority to process data used with the Software.

5. Support and Updates

Support and updates are provided according to your license tier. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "as is." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Software.

8. Termination

We may terminate your license if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use and uninstall the Software.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate. Disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.
